It was a real challenge to make this album.
For many reasons: time was tight,(isn't it always like this?.....)
....working with one of the most respected philosophers of our times,
turned singer for the occasion...
but the real challenge was making something that could
stand for it's own value, or die.
It was, for us, a wonderful journey through some of the best songs of the last century.
A praise to levity.
We were in the middle of the recording on September 11th,
when the meaning of it all ,was disclosed before my eyes:
the power of compassion that music carries within,
the comfort that some of those great songs
gave to so many people,
even if only for the length of a dance...
So, here it is ,finished and out of our hands.
May it bring levity to your lives
....Even if only for the length of a dance...
