Please note that in order to hear the sound clips directly on your computer, you will need Quicktime 4.0 software
from Apple Computer. You can download the latest version of this software for free (either Macintosh or
Windows 95/NT versions) from the Apple web site, just clicking the headphones.

Remember: Once you have successfully completed installing Quicktime 4.0 and its components, including
the plug-in to put inside the plug-ins folder used by your Web browser, you will most likely have to
restart your computer for the new sytem software to take effect. Then you will need to go back to
this page and open the appropriate files.

These clips are compressed using the QDesign Music system at 22.05 kHz/16 bit in stereo. This
special encoding offers very high quality sound files, but it absolutely needs Quicktime version 4.0.
