3. Preventing Mold

If you leave the water damage untreated more than 24h, there is a big chance of growing mold. To prevent this from happening, you need to restore and repair water damages as soon as possible. The untreated moist environment is the perfect environment for mold to grow and make your loss even greater.  The latest deadline for stopping water source and repairing damages is certainly 48 hours after that mold gets on the scene.
