The timing belt was replaced in March 2020 and the vehicle will arrive with the original owner’s manual and service booklet.
Like the standard Mk2 Focus RS, the RS500 is powered by a turbocharged 2.5-liter five-cylinder engine, but it has been completely redesigned and now produces 345 hp. power and 460 Nm of torque in the range from 2,500 to 4,500 rpm and all this power is transmitted to the front wheels through a six-speed manual transmission. Changes made to the vehicle to achieve this additional performance include a larger air-to-air intercooler, a larger air filter housing, a larger exhaust pipe, a larger fuel pump, and updated engine software.
