A Welshman has been fined for driving through an industrial estate with a car strapped to the top of his car.
Glyndwr Wyn Richards strapped the body of a Skoda Octavia to the roof of his Volkswagen Passat.
CCTV showed him driving the car at a brisk walking pace for about 300m through an industrial estate in Aberystwyth.
Richards, 51, was just helping a mate by moving the car, but conceded in court it was a “stupid thing to do”.
He was fined $335 and lost three points on his license.
